This document is intended to address the environmental effects associated with the <br />proposed Bristol Street Widening project in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, <br />State of California. This environmental study is an Environmental Impact Statement <br />(EIS) pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and an Environmental <br />Impact Report (EIR) pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />The EIS /EIR, where feasible, suggests design measures and modifications in the project <br />to mitigate identified adverse environmental consequences to the greatest degree feasible <br />and practical.
