Nichols <br />12900 Crossroads Parkway South, Suite 200 <br />Industry, California 91746 -3499 <br />Gentlemen: <br />This is in reply to your letter <br />permit authority over your proposal <br />Bristol Street Bridge over Santiago <br />California, <br />dated October 3, 1989 concerning our <br />to construct the new 100' wide by 91' long <br />Creek in Santa Ana, Orange county, <br />Regulations for our permit program, published in the Federal Register, <br />include Part 330 - Nationwide Permits (see the enclosure). Your proposed <br />activity is covered under the nationwide permit for discharges of dredged or <br />fill material into non -tidal rivers, streams and their lakes and impoundments, <br />including adjacent wetlands, that are located above the headwaters, which <br />would cause the loss or substantial adverse modification of less than one acre <br />of such waters (Section 330.5 (a)(26)(1)). <br />As long as you comply with the nationwide permit conditions (Section 330.5 <br />(b)), an individual permit is not required. This Nationwide Permit <br />verification is valid for a period not to exceed two years. It is incumbent <br />upon the permittee to remain informed of any changes to Nationwide Permits, <br />This letter does not convey any property rights, either in real estate or <br />material, or any exclusive privileges.
