IEMISSION INVENTORY ASSUMPTIONS <br />r FugityLve Dust on Unpaved Roads -- was estimated using the <br />t eguatiaDn from AP -42 (Compilation of Air Pollutant Emission <br />Factorls), Section 11.2.1. Variables utilized included k - 0.6 <br />and 0.45, s = 248, S = 30 mph, W = 25 tons, w = 16 wheels, and p <br />= 40 days /year. <br />Construction Equipment Emissions -- estimates of the type and <br />1 numberficof construction equipment required, for roadway <br />1 construction were provided by Poss Construction. They also <br />assume acs ambient temperature of 75 degrees Fahrenheit and 288 <br />cold start, 198 hot start and 538 hot stabilized operation.
