Construction Equipment Emissions -- estimates of the type and 1 numberficof construction equipment required, for roadway 1 construction were provided by Poss Construction. Equipment emissicaL factors are from AP -42 Section 3.2.7 Table 3.2.7 -1. Veihiclit Miles 'travelled -- the project will result in an increase in VMT�*or future design year 2006 based on traffic data provided by Wilkdan Associates in April of 1987 (see Table 2 -2 on page 2- 2). Emission Factors -- motor vehicle emission were provided by the OCEMA firom 1984 and 1985 runs using the California ARE ENV028 program based upon EMFAC 6D emission rates as shown in the fol- lowing table.
