Speeds Assumed -- for a worst case analysis, the posted <br />speed limits were assumed for the noise modelling. Posted speeds <br />along Bristol Street is 40 mph from Memory Lane to Seventeenth <br />Street and from Edinger Avenue to Warner Avenue. Between Seven- <br />teenth Street and Edinger Avenue the posted speed limit is 35 <br />mph.
