Resolution Adopting an Addendum to the FEIR /FEIS for the <br />Bristol Street Improvements (Warner to Saint Andrew) <br />April 7, 2015 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />• The right -of -way (ROW) width would be increased from 120 feet to 128 feet. <br />• The 15- foot -wide parkway would be reduced to 6 feet in width. <br />• The 10- foot -wide sidewalk would be reduced to 8 feet in width. <br />• The Bristol Street centerline between Saint Anne Place and Saint Andrew Place would be <br />shifted an additional four feet to the west. The Bristol Street centerline would remain <br />unmodified north of Saint Andrew Place. <br />The resolution approving the Addendum to the FEIS /EIR (Exhibit 4) is needed to allow <br />expenditure of federal grant funding for right -of -way acquisition and construction of the project. <br />Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution in accordance with the CEQA <br />requirements. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets), Strategy G (develop and implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in <br />coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans for Bristol Street <br />widening). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Pursuant to Section 15164(d) of the California Environmental Quality Act, City Council shall <br />consider adopting a resolution approving the Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact <br />Statement /Environmental Impact Report. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action <br />i-rec ousavipour <br />Exec ive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />FM /EWG /ML <br />Exhibit: 1.
