PUBLIC HEARING — HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. <br />2014 -07, HISTORIC REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2014 -07, AND HISTORIC <br />PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2014 -21 <br />Filed by Laura A. Pickrell to allow the placement and categorization in the Santa Ana <br />Register of Historical Properties as Contributive for the property located at 2425 North <br />Heliotrope Drive (Walker - Sackerson House) and to execute a Mills Act agreement with <br />the City of Santa Ana. Chair Mill opened the public hearing. Laura Pickrell (applicant) <br />spoke in support of the project and mentioned corrections to the research data on the <br />historic home (parcel number and description of prior owners). There were no <br />speakers and the hearing was closed. <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on November 5, 2014 and <br />notices mailed November 6, 2014. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission <br />Application No. 2014 -07 and Historic Register Categorization No. 2014 -07. <br />2.
