G. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2014 -47 Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement with Ann Feng and Robert Aubuchon for the structure located at 2207 North Flower Street (Ranney House). MOTION: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the attached agreement with Ann Feng and Robert Aubuchon, property owners, for the structure located at 2207 North Flower Street, subject to non- substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2014 -51 Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute a historic property preservation agreement with David P. and Jeanette Ko for the structure located at 1812 North Heliotrope Drive (Bryte House). He provided a listing of applicants that he spoke with regarding the historic preservation process and timeline.
