Development Agreement No. 2015 -01 <br />Site Plan Review No. 2015 -02 <br />March 23, 2015 <br />Page 8 <br />The project remains a multi - family development which is now proposed over the entire 3.1 -acre site. <br />In order to adequately evaluate the proposed project, a comparison of the proposed project with the <br />previously approved project in 2012 has been prepared. Conditions of approval related to specific <br />project features such as architecture, landscaping, amenities, public improvements and building <br />materials have been retained to ensure that the project remains consistent with the level of quality <br />contemplated and approved by the City Council. <br />The proposed project by Legado Companies will maintain consistency with past entitlements and will <br />develop the project site in a single phase. In addition, the applicant has evaluated the economic <br />feasibility of a mid to high rise tower on the site originally intended for future development.
