Development Agreement No. 2015 -01 <br />Site Plan Review No. 2015 -02 <br />March 23, 2015 <br />Page 3 <br />Unit Mix — The project is proposed to consist of a combination of studio, one, two and three - <br />bedroom units. The units will range In size from 580 square feet for the smallest studio unit to <br />1,400 square feet for a three - bedroom unit. The Met's proposed unit mix is comprised of <br />approximately 50 percent studio and one - bedroom units, and 50 percent two and three - bedroom <br />units with an average unit size of 879 square foot per unit (Exhibits 12 and 13). Table 1 provides a <br />breakdown of the unit mix within the project. <br />Table I. The overall parking ratio was calculated at <br />2.22 spaces per unit for a total of 630 spaces. The applicant proposes to provide this parking in a <br />combination of standard single -car stalls and tandem stalls.
