CLOSED SESSION REPORT - See Agenda Item 19A for Closed Session Report. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />1. Michael Klubiski, provided report for the record regarding alleged corruption at the County <br />of Orange. <br />2. Tim Houchen, spoke on homeless issues and highlighted efforts this past year to increase <br />level of services; look forward to continued partnership with the City. <br />3. Joesay Hernandez, supports Wellness Corridor, concerned with racist and un-American <br />sentiments by some. <br />4.
