Scope of Services <br />Street Level Entertainment (SLE) to provide talent for Cinco de Mayo Event. SLE will provide Conjunto <br />Primavera to perform for an hour on Sunday, May 9, 2015. The performance will be at 7:00 p.m. The <br />cost is $12,000 and includes travel and accommodations, <br />SLE agreed to receive a deposit of $6,000 at execution of agreement with the balance paid on date of <br />performance. <br />Advertisement of the event may Include the performer upon execution of agreement. <br />
