ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />JUNE 4, 2014 <br />PARCEL MAP NO. 2014 -02 <br />10:38 a.m. <br />Mr. Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall Ross <br />Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Howard Glasser, Applicant; Ali Pezeshkpour, Assistant Planner I; <br />Ryan Hodge, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, Recording Secretary. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />Mr. Glasser concurred with the findings and agreed to the conditions. <br />The Zoning Administrator noted Condition No. 4 and inquired if the block wall fence is for the <br />entire project. Mr. Pezeshkpour stated it applies to the newly created lot. Discussion and <br />clarification continued regarding the fence with the Zoning Administrator amending Condition <br />No. 4 to require the installation of a block wall for the entire project site which comprises lots <br />A and B. <br />The Zoning Administrator informed the applicant of the appeal process and adopted a <br />resolution approving Parcel Map No. 2014 -02 with an amended condition. <br />The hearing adjourned at 11:11 a.m. <br />Jocelyn Magalona \ <br />Recording Secretary <br />mrVa\minutes\2014 \140604 ZAminutes 1135WBrook <br />
