ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 12, 2015 <br />MINOR EXCEPTION NO. 2015 -01 <br />2:05 p.m. <br />Vince Fregoso, Acting Zoning Administrator, called to order the public hearing in the City Hall <br />Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br />Also in attendance were: Carlos Bustamante, Salvador and Aida Perez, Applicants; Ali <br />Pezeshkpour, Assistant Planner I; Lisa Storck, City Attorney; and Jocelyn Magalona, <br />Recording Secretary. <br />No written communications were received. <br />Mr. Pezeshkpour presented the staff report and recommendation for approval. <br />There were no comments from the applicants. <br />Mr. Fregoso stated that the applicants need to file a covenant with the City affirming that one of <br />the units be owner occupied prior to the issuance of building permits. <br />The Zoning Administrator adopted a resolution approving Minor Exception No. 2015 -01 as <br />conditioned. <br />The hearing adjourned at 2:13 p.m. <br />7—Jocelyn agalona <br />Recording Secretary <br />kg\za\ minutes\ 2015 \150212_ZAMi nutes_12215Orang e <br />
