Mills Act Agreements <br />May 5, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />r = <br />This action allows for the approval of a Historic Property Preservation Agreement (Mills Act <br />Contract) which provides a potential property tax reduction allowing the property owner to <br />reinvest the tax savings into the maintenance of the historic property (Exhibit A).
