All actions involving the Formal Grievance Process and State <br />Hearings shall be properly documented. <br />14. HOURS OF OPERATION <br />14.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide service hours that are responsive <br />to the needs of the target population, as determined by ADMINISTRATOR. At a <br />minimum, CONTRACTOR shall provide services during business days Monday through <br />Friday, from 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p.m., except COUNTY holidays as established by <br />the Orange County Board of Supervisors. In addition, CONTRACTOR shall address <br />any expanded work hours of operation during the evening and on weekends that <br />may be required to provide services to Participants. <br />14.1.2 CONTRACTOR's holiday schedule shall not exceed COUNTY's <br />holiday schedule which is as follows: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, <br />President Lincoln's B-rthday, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, <br />Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after <br />Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. CONTRACTOR shall obtain prior written <br />approval from ADMINISTRATOR for any closure outside of COUNTY's holiday <br />schedule. Any unauthorized closure shall be deemed a material breach of this <br />Agreement, pursuant to Paragraph 18, and shall not be reimbursed.
