Based on the Environmental <br />Checklist and supporting environmental analysis, the changes to the project would not result in any <br />new significant impacts that were not previously addressed in The Met IS /MND. The scope of design <br />modifications would not result in any new impacts that are not already covered in the IS /MND. Staff <br />recommends the approval and adoption of the addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />and Mitigation Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2011 -46 (Exhibit 22). <br />Strategic Plan Alignment <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal No. 3 Economic Development, <br />Objective No. 5 (leverage private investment that results in tax base expansion and job creation <br />citywide) of the Santa Ana Strategic Plan.
