Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2015 -02 as conditioned. <br />3. Approve and adopt an addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation <br />Monitoring Program, Environmental Review No. 2011 -46. <br />Request of the Applicant <br />Legado Companies is requesting approval of an amendment to an existing development agreement <br />and site plan review to allow the construction of a 284 -unit multi - family residential project at 200 East <br />First American Way. Specifically, the applicant is requesting approval of a change in ownership for the <br />development project previously known as The Met and site plan review approval to reconfigure the <br />previously approved development plan. <br />Project Location and Site Description <br />The project site lies within the boundaries of Specific Development No. 43 (SD -43), also known as the <br />MacArthur Place District Center, a master planned, 62 -acre mixed -use project located on the north <br />side of MacArthur Boulevard between Main Street and the Newport -Costa Mesa (SR -55) Freeway. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />75A -3 <br />
