FXHIRIT A <br />Conditions for Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2015 -01, Variance No. 2015 -01 for a reduction in required <br />front -yard setbacks, and Variance No. 2015 -02 for a reduction in required parking are <br />approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, <br />with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative <br />Code, the California Building Standards Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below rip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by the conditional use permit and variances. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit and variances. Failure to comply with each and every <br />condition may result in the revocation of the conditional use permit and variances. <br />A. Planning Division <br />1. All proposed site improvements must conform to the Site Plan Review <br />approval of DP No. 2012 -36. <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit and /or variances must be <br />submitted to the Planning Division and Police Department for review. At <br />that time, staff will determine if administrative relief is available or the <br />conditional use permit and /or variances must be amended. <br />3. Prior to approval of a Certificate of Occupancy, all on -site improvements <br />shall be made in accordance with the submitted plans. <br />4. All business activity on the site shall end by 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. <br />5. Roll -up doors shall be secured to restrict access to the car wash tunnel <br />during non - operating hours. <br />6. Vacuuming equipment shall not be available or functional during non - <br />operating hours. <br />7. Prior to approval of a Certificate of Occupancy, all on -site signage <br />including directional signage shall be submitted for review and approval <br />and shall be under separate permit. <br />8. A minimum of one (1) on -site attendant shall remain present at all times <br />near the entry to the car wash to guide patrons and to prevent on -site <br />congestion and /or stacking onto the street. <br />Resolution No. 2015 -13 <br />Page 9 of 11 <br />
