<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Award a contract to BPR, Inc., subject to <br />nonsubstantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, for a <br />one-year period expiring April 30, 2016, with provision for three one-year renewals <br />exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed <br />$170,000 each year. <br /> <br /> <br />PROJECTS/CHANGE ORDERS <br /> <br />23A.
