Agreements valued at greater <br /> than $25,000 require approval by the Board of Directors. The same authority was granted to the <br /> City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November 2006. The authority <br /> granted to the Executive Director required the submission of a quarterly report to the Housing <br /> Authority at a public meeting on all such agreements. The report is required to include the names <br /> of contractors and the amounts of each contract.
