Program Director has the day -to -day authority for making determinations <br />related to the Ordinance and this Administrative Procedures Manual. The <br />Program Director will be appointed by the Executive Director. <br />Project means the rental housing project proposed to be developed on the <br />Property at the Property Owner's sole cost and expense. <br />Property means the real property on which the Project is to be developed, for <br />which the legal description is provided in Exhibit 1 to the Inclusionary Housing <br />Agreement. <br />Property Owner shall mean the owner of the Project that includes Inclusionary <br />Units. <br />Recordation Date means the date of recording in the Official Records of the <br />County of Orange, California of the Inclusionary Housing Agreement. <br />Utilities Allowance shall mean the Utility Allowance Schedule published <br />annually by the Orange County Housing Authority. <br />Very-Low Income refers to Households whose incomes meet the standards <br />defined by the H &SC Section 50105. Generally Very-Low Income means <br />household income that does not exceed 50% of the County Median Income, as <br />adjusted for Household size. The maximum household income amount for Very- <br />Low Income Households shall be set at the amount published by HCD annually. <br />Very-Low Income Household means individuals or Households who have an <br />adjusted Gross Household Income that does not exceed Very-Low Income. <br />Affordable Rental Housing Adnn inistrative Procedures Page 7 <br />1407003.SNA August 8, 2014 <br />
