Persons interested in renting an Inclusionary Unit through <br />the City's Affordable Rental Housing Program, must comply with tenant eligibility. <br />requirements imposed by the City. <br />The principal mechanism the City uses to establish restrictions on Inclusionary <br />Units is the Inclusionary Housing Agreement recorded against the Project. While <br />the individual terms of the Inclusionary Housing Agreements are controlling, this <br />Administrative Procedures Manual addresses the following: <br />The eligibility criteria to be imposed on prospective tenants; <br />2. The methodology for setting the maximum rental rates; <br />3. The complaints and appeals process available to program participants; <br />and <br />4.
