City's application to the City of Santa Ana from the Comprehensive Transportation <br />Programs. Said funds shall be matched by funds from Santa Ana as required and shall <br />be used as supplemental funding to aid the City in the improvement of the following <br />street(s): <br />PROJECT <br />PROGRAM <br />FY <br />Bristol St Widening: Civic Center to Washington <br />RCP <br />14/15 <br />Bristol St. Widening: Warner to St. Andrew <br />RCP <br />14/15 <br />Grand Ave. and 1st St. Intersection Widening <br />RCP <br />14/15 <br />Harbor Blvd Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization <br />TSSP <br />14/15 <br />Bristol St Corridor Traffic Signal Synchronization <br />TSSP <br />14/15 <br />Section 3: The City Council appoints the City Manager, or the Executive <br />Director of the Public Works Agency or his designee, as agent for the City of Santa Ana <br />to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all documents, including but not limited <br />to applications, agreements, amendments, payment requests and so on, which may be <br />necessary for allocation of the requested funds to Santa Ana. <br />Section 4: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting <br />this Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this 21st day of October 201; <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Sonia R.
