A- 2014 - 277 -01 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO <br />SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT <br />AND <br />MUTUAL AND GENERAL RELEASE <br />-�`�A <br />This First Amendment ("Amendment ") is entered into this !!L <br />day of iJ 01.2015-and amends the <br />Settlement Agreement and Mutual and General Release entered into by Scott Peebter, the City of Santa Ana, <br />and the Successor Agency to the Former Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana on November 14, <br />2014 (the "Agreement "). <br />Recitals <br />A. This parties intend that this Amendment clarifies that certain litigation costs awarded by the trial court in <br />Peebter v. Department of Finance, Sacramento County case number 3420 1 2- 80001 1 72 -CU -W M -GDS shall be <br />paid out of the Pechter Fund, <br />Agreements <br />The Parties therefore agree as follows: <br />1. The following subsection d. is added to Section 2 of the Agreement: <br />"°d. Costs awarded by the trial court against Petitioner to Respondent Department of Finance in the <br />amount of $998.75.
