(continued) <br />Damage To Impaired <br />Property Or Property Not <br />Physically Injured <br />Damage To Owned <br />Property <br />Damage To Various <br />Property Of Others <br />(Care, Control Or <br />Custody) <br />Damage To Your Product <br />This insurance does not apply to property damage to: <br />impaired property; or <br />property that has not been physically injured; <br />arising out of any: <br />defect, deficiency, inadequacy or dangerous condition in your product or your work; or <br />delay or failure by you or anyone acting on your behalf to perform a contract or agreement in <br />accordance with its terms and conditions. <br />This exclusion does not apply to the loss of use of other tangible property resulting from sudden and <br />accidental physical injury to your product or your work after it has been put to its intended use. <br />This insurance does not apply to property damage to any property owned by you. <br />This insurance does not apply to property damage to any: <br />• personal property loaned or rented to you; <br />• property held by you or on your behalf for sale or entrusted to you for safekeeping or storage; <br />• property on your premises for purposes of performing operations on such property by you or <br />on your behalf-, <br />• tools or equipment used by you or on your behalf in performing operations; or <br />• property in your care, control or custody that will be erected, installed or used in construction <br />operations by you or on your behalf. <br />This exclusion does not apply to the liability for damages assumed in a sidetrack agreement. <br />This insurance does not apply to property damage to your product arising out of it or any part of <br />it. <br />Damage To Your Work This insurance does not apply to property damage to your work arising out of it or any pan of it <br />and included in the products -completed operations hazard. <br />This exclusion does not apply if the damaged work or the work causing the damage was performed <br />on your behalf by a subcontractor. <br />Employer's Liability A.
