AGMT NO. 2015 -082 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an Amendment to the Joint Agreement for the <br />Operations, Maintenance and Financial Management of the <br />Orange County 800 Megahertz Countywide Coordinated <br />Communications System, subject to non - substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, which provides <br />for the management and governance of the 800 Megahertz (800 <br />MHz) Countywide Coordinated Communications System. <br />2. Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015 -020 — A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER OR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO <br />ENTER INTO AN EQUIPMENT LEASE — PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />WITH MOTOROLA CREDIT CORPORATION AND MOTOROLA <br />SOLUTIONS, INC., FOR THE PURCHASE AND FINANCING OF <br />EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE 800 MHZ SYSTEM <br />UPGRADE FOR P25 COMPLIANCE AND EXECUTE ANY <br />ASSURANCES AND /OR DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SAID <br />AGREEMENT <br />3.
