cooperate and permit the independent auditor access to <br />Subgrantee's records and financial statements. <br />Note: The standards set forth in 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart F will apply to <br />audits of fiscal year beginning on or after December 26, 2014; <br />b. Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act ( FFATA): <br />Subgrantor is required to comply with sub -award reporting <br />requirements of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency <br />Act ( FFATA), Subgrantor must file the FFATA sub -award report by the <br />end of the month following the month in which Subgrantor awards <br />funds greater than or equal to $25,000 to any agency /service provider, <br />In accordance with terms of the Agreement, agencies are required to <br />provide the information requested in the FFATA form on or before the <br />15th day after execution of this Agreement. Failure to timely submit the <br />completed form may result in "high - risk" designation and /or imposition <br />of additional special terms and conditions on Subgrantee's eligibility for <br />CDC funds; <br />c. Total Compensation of Subgrantee's Executives: Unless you are <br />exempt (gross income from all sources reported in last tax return is <br />under $300,000), for each first -tier subgrantee under this Grant, you <br />must report the names and total compensation _ of each of the sub - <br />grantee's five most highly compensated executives for the <br />subgrantee's preceding completed fiscal year, if: <br />• In the Subgrantee's preceding fiscal year, the Subgrantee <br />received: <br />o 80 percent or more of its annual gross revenues from <br />Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and <br />Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, <br />as defined at 2 CFR Part 170.320 (and sub - awards); <br />o $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal <br />procurement contracts (and subcontracts), and Federal <br />financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act (and <br />sub- awards); and <br />o The public does not have access to information about the <br />compensation of the executives through periodic reports filed <br />under section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act <br />of 1934 (15 U.S C.
