25E. CRISIS PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION CURRICULUM FOR AT- <br />RISK YOUTH AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR <br />RESIDENTS - City Manager's Office <br />MOTION: <br />1. AGMT NO. 2015 -076 - Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of <br />the Council to execute an agreement in an amount of $30,000 with <br />Illumination Foundation for the term of July 1, 2015 through June <br />30, 2016, subject to non - substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2. AGMT NO. 2015 -077- Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of <br />the Council to execute an agreement in an amount of $50,000 with <br />Goodwill Industries for the term of July 1, 2015 through June 30, <br />2016, subject to non - substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br />25F. AGMT NO. 2015 -078 - HVAC AND LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEMS <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 6, 1C & 6, 1G) <br />- Finance & Management Services <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute an agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc, for a three -year <br />period with provisions for two one -year term extensions exercisable <br />by the City Manager, in an amount not to exceed $218,942, subject to <br />non - substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />25G. AGMT NO. 2015 -079 AND 079A - LEASE AGREEMENT WITH <br />AUTOZONE FOR PROPERTY AT 1101 S. BRISTOL STREET <br />(STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 3) - City Manager's Office <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to <br />execute lease agreements (Short Form Lease and Freestanding <br />Building Lease) with AutoZone West LLC, subject to non - substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, for a five <br />year period, starting May 1, 2015 with provisions for three five -year <br />periods, for a total of 20 years, exercisable by the City Manager and <br />City Attorney.
