Supply Waterworks Ltd. <br />Santa Ana <br />S & J Supply Company, Inc, <br />Santa Fe Springs <br />The Public Works Agency (PWA) Water Resources Division manages the delivery of water to <br />businesses and residents In Santa Ana, including all fire hydrants. To do so, PWA maintains an <br />extensive distribution system that includes 20 active wells, seven pumping stations and <br />reservoirs, seven Import water connections, and 450 miles of water mains. To perform <br />maintenance and repair on fire hydrants and the extensive water delivery system, Water <br />Resources staff requires an assortment of materials such as valves, adapters, couplings, clamps, <br />as well as brass bushings, flanges, nuts, and stops, The contracts for waterworks fittings and <br />supplies are designed to provide quality products at a significant savings based on quantity <br />pricing, <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on April 8, 2015, on the City's online bid management and <br />publication system, A summary of the bid invitations and bids received is as follows: <br />21 Vendors were notified <br />1 Santa Ana vendor was notified <br />3 Bids received <br />2 Bids received from Santa Ana vendors <br />22C -1 <br />
