Resolution Affirming Consistency between the City's Circulation <br />Element and the Master Plan of Arterial Highways <br />June 2, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />Measure M Program guidelines require Council adoption of the resolution prior to June 30, 2015. <br />Completing this step will enable the City to continue to receive approximately $4.6 million In <br />Measure M2 Fairshare funds each year and to be eligible for CTFP grant funding administered by <br />the OCTA. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this Item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #5 Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets), Strategy G (develop and Implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in <br />coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans). <br />ENVIRONMEMIA6 IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPA T <br />There Is no fiscal Impact associated with this action. <br />Rred Mousavipour <br />Executive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />FM /EWG /ML <br />Exhibit: 1.
