RESOLUTION 2015 - # ## <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT DEPARTMENTAIISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br />SECTION IX PLAN -NUSG & BUILDING AGENCY <br />09801001- <br />NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND <br />24015 <br />NOTICE AND ORDER BONDS <br />Prior to issuance of permits to correct work required by a <br />Notice of Violation or Notice and Order, the Building Official <br />may require a cash or surety bond as described in Sections <br />8- 1769. 8 -1770 and 8 -1771 Santa Ana Municipal Code. The <br />amount of the bond shall be established by the Building <br />Official, but shall not be less than $200.00 for each Notice <br />of Violation or Notice and Order. <br />57600 <br />ACCELERATED PLAN CHECK FEE Per Hour <br />FIELD PLAN CHECK FEE <br />53600 PRELIDIISARY REVIEW OF BUILDING <br />STANDARDS COMPLIANCE <br />09801001- SIGNS <br />24015 <br />When a permit is required form illuminated or non - illuminated <br />sign, the owner shall provide the City a cash or surety bond <br />as described in Section 8 -1768 through 8 -1771 of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code. The value to be used shall be the total <br />value of all construction work for which the permit is issued <br />using the building valuation data based upon in the most <br />recent edition of Building Safety Journal published by the <br />International Code Council.
