Support common areas of interest from Building Healthy <br />Communities Resolution based on the April 7, 2015 Work Study <br />session: rename Calle Cuatro /Plaza Santa Ana, 4th Street sign to <br />include Calle Cuatro, mercadito concept, and micro - farms. <br />2. Supports development of community event sponsorships policy as <br />separate matter from proposal being considered. <br />3. Authorize the City Attorney to prepare a resolution based on the <br />direction of the City Council; <br />4. Direct staff to provide an implementation plan to include an <br />analysis of costs, impacts, and next steps. <br />5. Direct the City Manager to create economic development committee <br />comprised of various stakeholders to provide recommendations to <br />the City Manager on the development and refinement of the <br />specified items as directed by the City Council. <br />6.
