Video Engineering Services <br />and SoSu.TV submitted proposals for review. <br />A three member evaluation committee consisting of representatives from the City Manager's Office, <br />City Clerk's Office and the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency reviewed both <br />proposals. Proposals were evaluated on four criteria: 1) Overall responsiveness to the proposal <br />requirements and specifications 2) Cost of proposal, 3) Qualifications of contractor including staff, <br />and 4) Past performance including references.
