140.13 <br />APPLICATION FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY AT <br />CENTENNIAL PARK <br />AT PUBLIC BENEFIT ALLOWANCE <br />_ Page 7 <br />9. Insurance Provision <br />Not Applicable. <br />10. Protection and Maintenance of the Property <br />The applicant covenants and agrees for itself, and its <br />successors and assigns that in the event the grantor <br />exercises its option to revert all right, title and <br />interest in the property to the Grantor, or the Grantee <br />shall provide protection and maintenance to the property at <br />all times until such time as the title is actually reverted <br />or returned to and accepted by the grantor and the <br />responsibility for such protection and maintenance is <br />assumed by the General Services Administration. Compliance with the Preservation Acts <br />The property requested has no environmental, historic or <br />archaeological significance. An environmental assessment <br />is attached. (See attachment R) <br />12.
