140.13 <br />APPLICATION FOR PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY AT <br />CENTENNIAL PARK <br />AT PUBLIC BENEFIT ALLOWANCE <br />_ Page 7 <br />9. Insurance Provision <br />Not Applicable. <br />10. Protection and Maintenance of the Property <br />The applicant covenants and agrees for itself, and its <br />successors and assigns that in the event the grantor <br />exercises its option to revert all right, title and <br />interest in the property to the Grantor, or the Grantee <br />shall provide protection and maintenance to the property at <br />all times until such time as the title is actually reverted <br />or returned to and accepted by the grantor and the <br />responsibility for such protection and maintenance is <br />assumed by the General Services Administration. Such <br />protection and maintenance shall, provide protection and <br />maintenance to the property at all times until such time as <br />the title is actually reverted or returned to and accepted <br />by the Grantor and the responsibility for such protection <br />and maintenance is assumed by the General Services <br />Administration. Such protection and maintenance shall, at <br />the minimum, conform to the standards prescribed by the <br />General Services Administration in its regulations FPMR <br />101 - 47.4913 (41 CFR Part 101) in effect as of the date of <br />the deed, a copy of which is attached to this application. <br />(See attachment A) <br />11. Compliance with the Preservation Acts <br />The property requested has no environmental, historic or <br />archaeological significance. An environmental assessment <br />is attached. (See attachment R) <br />12. Certification of Applicant <br />I certify that I am the individual authorized by the City <br />Council of the City of Santa Ana to do and perform all <br />necessary acts in connection with the making and filing of <br />this application and acquisition of the Federal surplus <br />real property applied for herein, and that all information <br />supplied herein is true and correct to the best of my <br />knowl dge. <br />Davi N. eam <br />City Manager <br />City of Santa Ana <br />
