140.19 <br />22. Approximately how many additional transients will be <br />introduced to the area on a daily basis during <br />operation (ex: staff, students, etc.). <br />20 - 50 /day. <br />23. If the project will use agricultural land, parks, <br />woods, forests, prairies, etc., list the types of <br />animals that currently inhabit the area. Generally <br />describe the site in terms of flora which will be <br />destroyed or altered. <br />No animals, cleared raw land. <br />24. Will the construction of the facility disrupt any of <br />the following services to a human population for more <br />than 24 hours? Water, electrical power, natural gas, <br />or sewage. <br />No; <br />25. How much electricity will the facility (complex) <br />utilize (peak load)? Provide the name and address <br />of the source supplying the electricity. <br />The Southern California Edison Company (Grand Avenue, <br />south of McFadden) will be the electricity supplier. <br />So. Cal. Edison estimates that at peak load the fac- <br />ility will utilize about 38,000 - 40,000 kwh /month, <br />26. How much water will the facility (complex) use on a <br />normal day? What is the system that provides the <br />water (name and address of system). What is the <br />immediate source (reservoir, pumping station, water <br />tower, etc.)? <br />At peak operations, the facility will use 100 gpm <br />maximum; City of Santa Ana, a 1211 water main runs <br />through Centennial Park; city wells and reservoir. <br />
