MOTION: Receive and file the staff report approving Regional <br />Planned Sign Program No. 2014 -01 as conditioned. <br />* *END OF CONSENT CALENDAR ** <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />RESOLUTIONS <br />55A AFFIRM CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE CITY'S CIRCULATION <br />ELEMENT AND THE MASTER PLAN OF ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS AND <br />CONCURRENCE WITH EXISTING TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM <br />IMPROVEMENT AREA FEE PROGRAM (STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1, <br />G) - Public Works Agency <br />Councilmember Martinez, will not support item because Circulation <br />Element Update on hold for past year and a half to allow for creation of the <br />Safe Mobility Plan to make sure it is consistent with General Plan. It is <br />important for City Council to set overall priorities. <br />Public Works Executive Director, Fred Mousavipour noted that Safe <br />Mobility Plan (to be completed at the end of August), the Circulation Plan <br />along with Pavement Plan together will generate the Master Plan for all <br />modes of transportation to be considered by the City Council by the end of <br />the year.
