CLOSED SESSION REPORT — Nothing to report. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />1. George Garcia, supports efforts of the Police Department in fight against ISIS <br />infiltrators. <br />2. Linda Lou Kestin, concerned with upcoming power outage pre - scheduled by <br />Southern California Edison. <br />• Mayor Pulido, would like staff to discuss outage notification with Edison. <br />3. Mike Fernandez, spoke on behalf of his parents who are opposed to Warner <br />Avenue Widening project; may impact health and welfare of parents. <br />4. Tina Flores, voiced concerns with Warner Avenue Widening Project and traffic <br />impacts to surrounding area. <br />5. Patty Mejia, spoke on Warner Avenue Widening Project; concerned with <br />displacement and fair valuation of homes. <br />6. Rosa Montaniz, Delhi Neighborhood Association, opposed to Warner Avenue <br />Widening project; requested 6 month continuance to allow for community input <br />on the project. <br />7. Madeleine Spencer, presented letter of anti - displacement for the record on the <br />Warner Avenue Expansion and Improvement Project. <br />8. Angelica, husband spoke on her behalf, troubled that City will displace family; <br />recently purchased home in area. <br />• Mayor Pulido, requested community meeting; fair market value will be offered. <br />• Mayor Pro Tern Sarmiento, noted that fair market value, relocation and travel <br />costs are not discretionary; suggested continuance to allow additional <br />comments from the neighborhood and allow staff to address misnomers. <br />• City Manager Cavazos, noted that additional meetings will be scheduled as <br />requested. <br />9. Rick Neidermeyer, attended AYSO Conference; invited all to opening <br />ceremonies scheduled after Labor Day; requested City partnership with VIP <br />program (Very Important Players) that works with disabled children. <br />10.
