The Planning Commission made no changes to the recommendation outlined in the <br />attached staff report (Exhibit A), <br />ri +: <br />The proposal is to construct a 60 -foot high Verizon Wireless facility disguised as a pine tree. <br />The project is proposed to be constructed on a 4.5 -acre parcel of land located on Susan Street, <br />south of Westminster Avenue and adjacent to the Pacific Electric (PE) right -of -way. The site is <br />occupied by ECCO Equipment Corporation, which provides rental and storage of heavy <br />construction equipment, The facility is intended to provide Increased cellular coverage and call <br />capacity In this area of the city.
