The actual amount for this item wilt be dictated by the <br />actual quantity used, and the Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of this item accordingly, <br />X This bid item is considered deletable per Section 3-25 "Eliminated Items" of the Standard Specifications. <br />This bid item is considered a Specialty Item per Section 2-3.2 of the Standard Specifications, <br />**The lowest responsible bidder shall be selected based on the lowest responsive TOTAL SASE BID. <br />The City reserves the right to award the Base Bid and any, all, or none of the Add Alternate Bid items. <br />TIME FOR COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES <br />The undersigned bidder shall complete all work in the contract and for all three projects, within a <br />total of one hundred ten 110 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to <br />Proceed. Projects shall be constructed in the following order and (#) working days per project: <br />I) McFadden (50 working days), 2) Memory Lane (35 working days), & 3) Civic Center (25 working days) <br />The bidder also proposes to commence construction of the Work within ten f10) working days <br />after issuance of a Notice to Proceed, and to continue in a diligent and workman -like manner <br />without interruption, and to complete the construction thereof within the time specified above. <br />The liquidated damages amount in lieu of the amount specified in Subsection 6-9 of the Standard <br />Specifications, shall be X2,100 per calendar day. <br />Name of Firm Eagle <br />Signature of BIDDER <br />Title President <br />(if an individual, so state) <br />BP -3 <br />23B-17 <br />
