IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT <br />OFFICE OF ENFORCEMENT AND REMOVAL OPERATIONS <br />AND <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />This Intergovernmental Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between United States <br />Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE"), and City of <br />Santa Ana, ("Service Provider") for the detention and care of aliens ("detainees").
