CUP Nos. 2014-51 & 2015-10 <br />May 26, 2015 <br />Page 8 <br />The project proposes to operate a full-service restaurant within an existing structure. No expansion <br />of square footage or interior reconfigurations of square footages are proposed as park of the <br />project. In addition, the structure is already served by municipal services, such as roadways, <br />utilities; and parking in a variety of forms.
