Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES — Orange County Children's Therapeutic Arts Center <br />A. Provider will teach various classes in painting, drawing, and dance for children ages 4-12, <br />including but not limited to: <br />Young Painters <br />Painting & Drawing for Children with special needs <br />Introduction to Painting & Drawing <br />Painting & Drawing the Masters <br />Introduction to Flamenco Dance <br />B. Provider shall teach such classes at the dates, times, and, locations fixed by the City, in <br />accordance with the City's needs. Classes are ordinarily taught one day per week, one <br />hour per day within a given class term. <br />C. Provider will provide and be responsible for equipment, records, and personnel and <br />clean-up of the facilities and materials necessary to ensure the safety and effectiveness of <br />instruction. <br />CLASS SIZE <br />A. The minimum number or participants is 4 per class, the maximum is 20. <br />B. No registration will be accepted after the second week of classes. <br />C, In the event the ininimum number of enrollees is not realized by the second meeting of <br />the class, the class shall be canceled. Provider will be under no obligation to provide <br />services for the cancelled class, and the City will have no further obligations to pay <br />Provider compensation for the remaining classes that were cancelled in that session. <br />CLASSFEES <br />A. Each participant shall pay class registration fees as established by City. <br />B. Provider may not waive class participation/registration fees. <br />C. Only registered participants may participate in class. <br />D. Any refunds to participants will be made in accordance with City policy. <br />E. Any materials fee shall be established by mutual agreement of City and Provider and <br />shall be payable directly to Provider, <br />
