EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Memories of Migration Partners <br />Orange County Reforma ("Consultant") will organize and implement a conference focused on <br />identifying and preserving Orange County Latino history through the Memories of Migration <br />project. Consultant will locate a site, provide promotional materials, recruit speakers and <br />facilitate the event during fiscal year 2016-2017. For these deliverables Consultant will receive <br />$3,000.00. Consultant will provide $3,300.00 in cost sharing as required by the budget approved <br />by IMLS. <br />
