In the event client <br />records are determined to be incomplete or inaccurate after payment has been <br />made, COUNTY may treat such payment as an overpayment within the provisions of <br />this Agreement. <br />26.3 Public Records: <br />With the exception of client records or other records referenced <br />in Paragraph 30, entitled Confidentiality, all records, including but not <br />limited to, reports, audits, notices, claims, statements and correspondence, <br />required by this Agreement may be subject to public disclosure. COUNTY will <br />not be liable for any such disclosure. <br />26.4 Inspections and Audits: <br />26.4.1 The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, <br />Comptroller General of the United States, Director of CUSS, State Auditor <br />General, ADMINISTRATOR, COUNTY's Auditor- Controller and Internal Audit <br />Department, or any of their authorized representatives, shall have access to <br />any books, documents, papers and records, including medical records, of <br />CONTRACTOR which any of them may determine to be pertinent to this Agreement <br />for the purpose of financial monitoring. Further, all the above mentioned <br />persons have the right at all reasonable times to inspect or otherwise <br />evaluate the work performed or being performed under this Agreement and the <br />premises in which it is being performed. <br />26.4.2 CONTRACTOR shall make its books and financial records <br />available within the borders of Orange County within ten (10) days after <br />1 (WRR0415) <br />28 of 39 <br />(April 7, 2015) <br />
