THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANCES THE POLICY, PLEASE REAL) IT CAREFULLY BLANKET ADDITIONAL INSURED This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: COMM17RCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY C()VERAGE PART The following is added to SECTION 11 - WHO IS AN INSURED: Any person or organization that you have agreed in a written contract or agreemont to include as an additional Insured on this Coverage port is an Insured, but only with respect to liability for `bodily injury" or "prDperty damage." that: a. Is caused by an "occurrence" that takes place after you have signed and executed that contract or agreement: and ts), is caused, in whole or in part, by your acts or omissions in the performance Of Your ongoing operations to which that written contract or agreement applies or the acts or emissions of any person or organization performing such operations on your behalf. The insurance provided to sucl.,j insured is subieot to the following provisions: a. The limits of insurance provided to such insured will be the limits which you agreed to provide in the Written contract or agreement, or the limits shown in thea Declaration-, for this Coverage Part, whichever are less; arid la. This insurance is excess over any valid and collectible other insurance, whether primary, excess, contingent or on any other basis, that is available to the insured for a loss we cover under this er)(Jorsen-ient. i-jowever, if the written contract or agreement specifically requires that this insurance apply on 0 primary basis or a primary and non-contributory basis, this insurance is primary to other ir"ISUranco, available to the insured which covers that person or organization as a named insured for such loss, and we will notshare with that other insurance. But the insurance proviciod to the insured by aiis endorsement still IS excess over any valid and collectible Other insurance, whether primary, excess, contingent or on any other basis, that is available to ti -)c insured when that pr..,rson or organization is an additional insured under such other Insurance. Coverage under this provision does not apply to: a. Any person or organization for which coverage as an additional insured specifically is scheduled by attachment of an endorsement under this Coverage Part, or for whom you have purchased an owners And Contractors Protective Liability policy; b. Any person or organization who distrihutes or selis "your product" in the regular course of that person's or organization's business with respect to liability arising Out Of "your products"'; c. Any person or organization from whom You have acquired ,your product", or any ingredient, part or container entering into, accompanying or containing such Product with respect to liability arising out of "your product"; d. Any promises owner, manager or lessor with respect to liability arising out of the ownership, maintenance, or use Of that part of any PrF3MI5es leased to You; e. Any equipment lessor with respect to liability -arising out of the maintenance, operation or use of equipment lelsod to you by such equipment lessor; Or f. Any architect„ engineer or surveyor with respect to liability for "bodily injury" or "property damage'" arising out of: (I)The preparing, approving or failing to Prepare or approve maps, shop drawings, opinions, reports, surveys, field orders or change orders, or the preparing, approving, or failing to prepare or approve, drawing-, and specifications; or (2) Supervisory or inspection activities performed as port of any related architectural or engineering activities.
