Assurances of confidentiality are not provided <br />under this collection. <br />1.1 Parties <br />This Agreement to Enter into Housing Assistance Payments Contract ("Agreement") is <br />entered into between: ("PHA") and <br />1.2 Purpose <br />The owner agrees to develop the Housing Assistance Payments Contract ("HAP <br />contract") units to in accordance with Exhibit B to comply with Housing Quality <br />Standards ("HQS"), and the PHA agrees that, upon timely completion of such <br />development in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, the PHA will enter into a <br />HAP contract with the owner of the contract units. <br />1.3 Contents of Agreement <br />This Agreement consists of Part I, Part II and the following Exhibits: <br />EXHIBIT A: The approved owner's PBV proposal.
