The Health Authority of the Service Provider shall notify the ICE contact and/or FMC as <br />soon as possible if emergency care was obtained off site; and in no case more than <br />seventy-two (72) hours after detainee is in receipt of such care. Authorized, payment for <br />all offsite medical services for the initial emergency need and for medical and/or mental <br />health care required beyond the initial emergency situation will be made by the Veterans <br />
