Such fee shall be equal to 65% of the building <br />permit fee as set forth in this resolution. For all buildings, <br />such fee shall also include a surcharge for state mandated <br />energy conservation enforcement equal to $22.00 for each <br />1,000 square feet of building area, or fraction thereof, up to <br />4,000 square feet, and $11.00 for each additional 1,000 <br />square feet or fraction thereof. For any plan submitted which <br />is subject to the disabled accessibility requirements of Title 24, <br />California Code of Regulations, a surcharge of 10% of the <br />basic plan check fee shall be required. <br />51 <br /> <br />
