The City's Housing Opportunity ( "Ordinance ") was adopted by the City <br />Council on November 28, 201 land is codified in Article XV111.1 Section 41 <br />— 1900 of the City's Municipal Code. <br />B. The Developer is the fee owner of the Property located at 4226, 4302 <br />4306 West 5th Street, Santa Ana, California. <br />C. The Developer desires to, at the Developer's sole cost and expense, <br />develop a twenty -eight (28) unit Project on the Property. <br />D.
