From <br />13-24 months the cost is $350 and anything beyond 24 months will require a new search. Plotted <br />Easements are an additional $125.00. Please allow extra time to process these. <br />Preliminary Title Reports will contain the most current vesting deed and copies of any and all <br />applicable underlying schedule B documents including tax and other assessment information, any <br />and all easements and rights of way, any and all deeds, restrictions, covenants, UCC financing <br />statements affecting property and any pending legal activity, lawsuits and bankruptcy filings of <br />record. <br />Our standard fees listed above include up to 3 contiguous parcel numbers with same ownership <br />for SFR and Commercial/Industrial properties located in Southern California. PTR's will be <br />turnaround within 7-10 business days. Notice will be given if completion is expected to be longer. <br />Products will be distributed in soft copy format. Additional fees could be added for "Special <br />Handling" or when significant "Hard Costs" on a local basis is required.
